Health and fitness are so deeply related terms that one can never be achieved without other. For living fit first you are required to be healthy. Make sure that your food includes all the required vitamins and mineral which assist you in proper growth of body cells. For health and fitness include more and more quantity of fruits and leafy vegetables in your food.
